Monthly Meal Cooking Class

Each month features a nourishing, seasonal menu for you to master. You’ll build your culinary confidence, enjoy a delicious meal, and take home a recipe packet to make the dishes again and again.

March Menu

Arugula, shaved fennel, and radicchio salad with toasted sunflower seeds, and balsamic vinaigrette

Herbed turkey meatballs

Pumpkin cashew cream Alfredo and whole wheat, brown rice, or zucchini noodles

Meyer lemon pudding

This menu is dairy-free and gluten-optional

Each Monthly Meal Cooking Class includes:

  • Two and a half-hour culinary nutrition immersion in Carly’s Berkeley or Marin kitchen.

  • All groceries and equipment.

  • A delicious, nutritious meal to enjoy with loved ones and friends!

Cost: $125/person (4 person minimum)
